Our elevated and sun-kissed location, combined with our production methods, ensures a special taste. Grown at 1,000 metres above sea level, our apples and grapes are unique and special. Years ago, no one could believe that apple trees, let alone vines, could thrive at this altitude in South Tyrol, producing fruit of optimal ripeness.
