At an altitude of 1,048 metres above sea level, on the sunny slopes of Tschöggelberg’s back side, between Bolzano and the Sarntal valley, apples and grapes are cultivated on nutrient-rich porphyric soils. The apples and grapes grown here have a unique and unmistakable taste. The chilly autumn days and the large thermal fluctuations between day and night during harvest, and the porphyric soils give our apple juices, ciders, and wines their unmistakable taste.

Our careful and sustainable treatment of nature, combined with gentle, natural production methods, is reflected in the quality of our natural products.

At 1,048 metres above sea level, on the sunny slopes below the Salto Plateau, on the back of the Monzoccolo (Tschöggelberg) between Merano, Bolzano and Val Sarentino, apples with a unique and unmistakable flavour are cultivated and ripened, which you can find in our juices. The fruit that grows on these soils with their special composition is rich in valuable nutrients.
