1048 OffWeiss 2023 Wine 6x 0,75L

The mixed vineyard consists of five different varieties harvested and fermented together in a large amphora on the skins. Other three varieties are fermented and aged in the classic method in large wooden barrels. After a rest period of about two weeks, the must from the amphora is pressed and combined with the other varieties fermented in the classic way. The combined wine then matures in large wooden barrels on fine lees for one year before bottling.
