This single-varietal Pinot Blanc is very fresh, vertical, yet persistent, and surprisingly broad, thanks to the extreme altitude at which the grapes are grown. Its pleasant natural acidity is a distinguishing feature. Cultivation is biodynamic, in harmony with nature, the moon, the seasons, and the ecosystem.

Description

For our Pinot Blanc, we harvest and press the best, fully ripened grapes. The wine is then pressed, spontaneously fermented and matured for a long time in contact with fine lees in large wooden barrels, which give it a pleasant creaminess and body — unusual for these altitudes. Bottling occurs after about one year.
