Description

The Pinot Noir is vinified using the classic method. After spontaneous fermentation in large vertical wooden barrels, it is pressed and matured on fine lees for an additional 12 months. After 18 months, it is transferred to the bottle, where it matures for a further 6 months. The fruity-aromatic notes lend the wine a harmonious and pleasant drinkability.
