Description
Cider is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented pressed apples. We produce our apple cider using both new and old apple varieties, resulting in a yeasty flavour blended with sweet, sour, and bitter notes. The processing according to the Charmat method makes this sparkling wine particularly creamy and fruity. Its drinkability comes from the natural carbon dioxide produced during fermentation.
The classic “Charmat” method is used, with fermentation taking place at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius. Thanks to this process, the cider is very drinkable, fresh and thirst-quenching.
